When the oil level in a tank rises or drops due to the oil temperature changing or other reasons,the float in the tank will rise or drop correspondingly to drive the pointer indicating the oil level. When the oil level rises up, the interior alarm switch will be open while the indicator point at the highest oil level of H, Oil level meter in high oil level switch from open to closed circuit state, contact 1, 2, closed circuit. When the oil level goes down,the interior alarm switch will be open while the indicator point at the lowest oil level of L, Oil level meter in low oil level switch from open to closed circuit state, contact 4, 5 closed circuit.
The gauge is forbidden to be collided by force.
The connecting lever is strictly forbidden to be stretched or bent,no magnetic field nearby while working.
The O-ring is mounted to prevent the leakage of oil from tank, if it doesn’t seal the oil in the tank completely, please
check whether the screws was fully tightened, or the fitting surface between the sub-panel and o-ring were placed flat or not.
The oil’s temperature at 25℃ will be as a reference temperature of the oil surface temperature, so you have to work out the exact oil level through the actual measure oil temperature while installation. The max. measurement range of the gauge(standard model) is 100mm,otherwise we can customized it if you have any special requirements(please confirm the length of R90 in the outline drawing)
